TO NEW SCHOOL PART TIME FACULTY - OPEN ENROLLMENT EXTENDED THROUGH JAN. 6,
2006
Open enrollment for health and other benefits has been extended
for all Part-time Faculty covered by the ACT/UAW contract. The University
Benefits office will accept enrollment materials through January 6, 2006.
Enrollment forms may be mailed to The New School Benefits Office, 80 Fifth Ave.,
4th floor, NYC, NY 10011 or faxed to 212-229-5884. Please refer to the materials
mailed to you for specific information. The office will be closed the week of
December 26th reopening January 3, 2006. Forms may be downloaded from the Human
Resources website:
